I'm Becky Rogers and I'm maybe a little choked up. Let me tell you, something happened over the weekend I didn't think what ever, ever, ever, ever happen. It just almost made me cry.
Your new puppy is a bundle of energy that will require a lot of your attention. Your puppy should master the “art of peeing and pooping” on his own. However, your puppy will need to be taught everything else such as:
1. Does your pup know his name?
2. Chewing –puppies chew because they teethe like a child. To prevent damage to your shoes, furniture, and other belongings, give your puppy plenty of chew toys. This satisfies his need to chew, prevents boredom, and keeps your belongings safe.
Speaking as a “fluffy” Golden Retriever, I love to eat. I love when my mom gives me treats. Sometimes I can manipulate her into giving me more with my “cute look”. I patiently watch my brothers and sister eat and when they step away from their bowls, I move in for leftovers. Can you tell that I love to eat?
